What these cover
This website, operated by The Stack Hub. The software itself is governed by its licence, not by these terms — Framesleuth is released under Apache-2.0, and that licence is what grants you the right to use, modify and redistribute it, commercially included.
There is nothing to buy
Framesleuth is free and open source. There is no subscription, no trial, no account and no payment, so there is nothing here about billing, cancellation or refunds. Those pages existed for a paid product that is no longer sold from this domain.
What the agent produces
It reads a recording with a vision model and produces a Context Bundle. Models are wrong sometimes, and a bundle is evidence to check rather than a verdict to act on — every claim it makes cites the frame it came from precisely so you can check it. You own what you produce with it; we claim no rights over your recordings, your bundles, or the code they help you write.
No warranty
Apache-2.0 provides the software “as is”, without warranties or conditions of any kind. That is the licence talking and it means what it says: you run it on your hardware, at your discretion, and the responsibility for what you do with its output is yours.
